Standard Terms and Conditions of Business
Whenever used in these Conditions, the expression
‘Metallic Impressions’ shall mean the said Metallic Impressions be
deemed to include the Client’s Agent or Agents and the expression
‘Client’ shall mean the person accepting the Metallic Impressions
Quotation and shall be deemed to include the Client, Agent or Agents.
Such Quotation is only open for the acceptance upon and subject to
these Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing by Metallic Impressions.

Initial orders from new Clients will be dispatched only upon
full remittance against a Pro Forma Invoice.
Thereafter, subsequent orders may be accepted on a strict 28 days
nett credit account basis after satisfactory credit status has been provided
to Metallic Impressions.

In accepting a quotation from Metallic Impressions the Client
will be deemed to have personally undertaken to pay the whole amount which
may become due to Metallic Impressions.

Unless otherwise stated Metallic Impressions quotation does
not include Value Added Tax. Where
applicable such tax will be added to the Metallic Impressions account or
accounts.

The Client shall pay the amount of the Metallic Impressions
account or accounts in respect of the goods or products supplied in full
within twenty-eight days of their date.
However, where the Client had not previously contracted with Metallic
Impressions the Client shall pay the amount of the Metallic Impressions
account or accounts prior to the dispatch by Metallic Impressions of the
goods or products to the Client. Metallic
Impressions shall be entitled to interest on all overdue sums at the rate of
4 percent over the base lending rate from the time of The Bank of Scotland
PLC. Such interest shall be
compounded on a daily basis.

Damages/Shortages – Notification giving full details of
short delivery or damage must be made to Metallic Impressions within 3 days
of receipt of goods etc. Postage
for returned goods will be credited to Client’s account.
Any returns must be well packaged as responsibility lies with Client
to ensure the safe return of goods.

Retention of Title – Title of the Goods shall not pass to
the Client until payment to Metallic Impressions has been made in full.
